In line with State Planning Policy 3.7 "Bushfire" and with the Planning for Bushfire Guidelines

Bal de Fire conduct bushfire protection and risk mitigation asseseements and produce solution alighned to the state bushfire planning provisions, local government authorities, the national construction code and Australian standards as required.

We use the latest bushfire analytical tools to produce broader Landscape Assessment, Bushfire Hazard Level assessments, Bushfire Management Plans, BAL reports and Site Evaluations. We can undertake Method 2 Assessments where there is an opportunity to produce outcomes that are an advancement on the takes within AS3959. We produce reports that are compliant to the requitements for Subdivisions, Residential and Multilevel accommodations, and for industrails, and commercial use. Our clients have included Government Schools, Developers, Architects, Buuilders and Industrial establishments.
